Expert Rockery Stones from MB Stones Ltd
Using tracked Kubota mini excavators, a JCB telehandler and diamond-blade cutters, MB Stones places and trims rockery stone to precise tolerances for stable, natural features. We supply reclaimed and hand-selected new rockery stone for rock gardens, pond edges and terraces. Owner Max Berry manages stock, delivery and on-site placement from Holmfirth.

How It Works
Site assessment
We survey the rockery location, confirm levels and access, then advise on stone size, placement and drainage for a stable, natural result.
Stock selection
Choose from reclaimed lots or hand-selected fresh stone. We show textures and sizes, and cut or dress pieces on site with diamond blades where needed.
Delivery and placement
Using telehandler lifts and tracked digging kit, we position each stone, bed with compacted sub-base and fine jointing for long-term stability.

Natural look, built to last. Rockery stones need mass, shape and texture to sit naturally in a garden. We supply everything from chunky flag or outcrop pieces to smaller buttress and filler stones, available reclaimed for an aged appearance or selected from stock for consistent colour and bedding. On-site cutting and dressing with diamond blades and mechanical splitters means stones fit tight to contours, pond edges and terraces without obvious joins.
Nationwide buying and collection. MB Stones buys and collects quality stone across the UK, so if you need a specific colour, size or weathered finish we can source it and deliver palletised loads or arrange crane-offload for tight sites.
